Terms of service

1. What booqi is

booqi is a booking service. We connect you with independent salons. We do not perform the treatments ourselves, do not employ the staff, and do not set the prices. The contract for a treatment is between you and the salon.

2. Your account

You need an account to book. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@salon-hub.com if you think someone else has access. You must be 16 or older, or have a parent's consent.

3. Booking, changing, cancelling

A booking is confirmed when you see it confirmed in the app and receive the confirmation email. Each salon sets its own cancellation window and deposit rules; they are shown before you confirm, and they are what applies to your booking.

If you cancel inside a salon's cancellation window, or do not turn up, the salon may keep a deposit you have paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are set by the salon and shown before you book. Where a deposit is taken in the app, the rest is paid at the salon. A discount or promo code is applied at the salon at the time of payment, so the amount you pay there can be lower than the amount shown on the booking.

5. Reviews

You can review a salon after an appointment you actually attended. Reviews must be your own experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal data about other people, or are written in exchange for payment.

6. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for running the booking service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the treatment itself, its result, or anything that happens at the salon. If a salon cancels on you, we will help you rebook, but we cannot compensate you for the salon's decision.

7. Ending this agreement

You can delete your account at any time from App settings. We can suspend an account that abuses the service, other customers, or the salons.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
